Kim started playing pool at the age of 12. Her brother-in-law introduced her to the
game on a bar table! She fell in love with the game! After playing for a
few years and a couple of breaks to raise her kids, Chad and Zach, and to take care of
her family she began playing league. League led to weekly tournaments and weekly
tournaments led to bigger tournaments on the ladies tour.
These are Kim’s words…It was a battle, I was in over my head playing some of the top women in the state.
There were many frustrating times but I kept going. I learned something at each
event. I was two and out a lot but I refused to quit, eventually winning a match,
then two then three. I was improving very quickly. And I couldnt get enough!
I finally started winning! 2006 BCA 9 Ball State, 2007 BCA 8 Ball State, 2007
Houston Open, 2009 BCA 8 and 9 Ball State, 2010 BCA 8 Ball Scotch Doubles
State, 2012 OB Cues Ladies Tour Champion and Most Improved Player, 2013
BCAPL 8 Ball and 8 Ball Scotch Doubles, 2013 BCAPL Teams, 2017 ACS State,
2017 Tx Open Tune Up, 2017 & 2018 Big Tyme Classic Champion. I also had the
priveledge to participate in Several WPBA Events from 2010 to 2013 and other
large independent events like the Tornado Open. I am currently active on the JO
Ladies Tour and Gulf Coast Tour where I have several top finishes.
It’s a very exciting time for me and I am looking forward to achieving more and
growing!
